Creative Designer & Video Editor
We are looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our growing creative team in the Philippines.
This is an office-based role that combines graphic design and video editing, with a stronger focus on visual design. You will work closely with the existing creative team to produce engaging content across digital marketing channels, websites, social media, email campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
While collaboration is important, we are looking for someone who can confidently take a brief, ask the right questions, and manage projects independently from concept to completion.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who brings a polished, e-commerce-focused design aesthetic and enjoys contributing fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency.
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Office Location: Filinvest Corporate, Alabang, Muntinlupa
Location Requirement: Applicants must reside in Muntinlupa City or Las Pinas City
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics, promotional materials, website banners, advertisements, and digital assets primarily using Canva.
- Edit short-form and marketing videos using CapCut and other editing tools to support content requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual content across multiple channels.
- Maintain brand consistency across website, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, and presentation materials.
- Support website content updates by creating and preparing visual assets.
- Contribute to packaging design requirements as needed.
- Use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency and enhance content production.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
- Manage assigned projects independently and deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas and visual perspectives that elevate the overall brand experience.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability across digital, social media, website, and marketing assets.
- Advanced Canva skills and strong visual design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing platforms.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with e-commerce, consumer brands, or digital marketing content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished work.
